Inside-Out Cleaning Services Inc. (IOCS) is a family owned and operated cleaning service provider located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Serving the area for over 25 years, IOCS has developed a reputation of providing every client, no matter how big or small a job, the highest quality of service.

IOCS, which was at first named "Martell's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning", was established in 1977. The company started cleaning only carpets and upholstery but eventually grew to service all facets of cleaning which include Janitorial Service, Housecleaning Services, Area Rug Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Floor Care, etc.

Eric Martell, the owner of Martell's Carpet Cleaning and now co-owner of IOCS, started cleaning carpets and upholstery on the side while he kept his full-time custodial position. He grew the business one customer at a time with excellent customer service skills and an end result that "wowed" his customers every time. In 1991, Eric's wife Wanda joined the business, changed the business name to Inside-Out, and they spent the next 12 years growing the business the same way, instilling in their employees all the qualities that made the business successful in the first place.

IOCS is now run by Eric and Wanda's son Jason, who joined the company in 2003. While Jason has introduced many progressive changes to the organization of the company, the core values remain firmly intact. A motivated management team and highly trained staff continue to use the same recipe for success while offering more services to a customer base that grows every day.
